Production Process:
Once your order is confirmed, we immediately start the production process. Changes or cancellations must be made within 4 hours of placing the order, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our products are shipped from Poland in the European Union by air. However, until teleportation is invented to deliver packages in seconds, shipping times may be a bit longer.
Shipments are handled by local courier companies, which deliver them to your door. For example, in the USA, packages are delivered by USPS.
Due to the long journey that packages undertake, delays may occur. We cannot be held responsible for delayed packages but always strive to help resolve issues with delayed or lost packages.
