Our processing time for personalized gifts is typically 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

4. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location. We also offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be indicated during your checkout process.

5. What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately using our contact form. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Only well-documented damage reported promptly after receiving the shipment guarantees a claims process with the carrier. Remember, we won't leave you to handle this problem alone, and we'll also send you a new, undamaged gift!

Once an order is placed, it is immediately put into production, and unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order or provide a refund, as all products are personalized and made to order. However, if your circumstances change after placing the order, please contact us immediately - we will do our best to resolve the issue to ensure your satisfaction.
