- Our products are shipped from Poland by air. We work with local courier companies to deliver packages to your door. Depending on your location, these may include companies such as DHL, UPS, or local providers.
- Shipping Time: Standard delivery time ranges from 10 to 30 business days from the date of shipment. This timeframe may be extended for international shipments or during peak periods.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout and depend on the weight of the package, size, and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed before completing the purchase.

3. Package Tracking

Tracking Number:

- After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment online. Although we provide you with a tracking number at the time of shipment, we cannot guarantee that local carriers will honor and regularly update it. This is a known feature of international shipments.
- Change of Tracking Number: If international tracking systems assign a new tracking number to your package, we will promptly provide you with the updated number.

4. Shipping Issues

Delays:

- Due to the long journey packages must undertake, delays in delivery may occur. We make every effort to ensure that shipments arrive on time but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
