1. Personalized products
Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part (e.g., incorrect name, date, or design). Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order.

Exceptions:

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an error in personalization, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will correct the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-4 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [Your Email Address] and send your item to: [Your Return Address].

5. Cancellations

We understand that things can change, and you might need to cancel your order. To accommodate this, we allow cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order. The reason for this time frame is that our system is designed to quickly begin the production process as soon as your order is confirmed. Once you place your order, our team immediately starts working on it - personalization details are sent to production, materials are prepared, and the crafting of your unique item begins. After the 4-hour window, your order is already well into the production process, making it difficult to halt or change.
